I am able to see a preview using the Medium, Large and Extra Large icon views. If you cannot see them and you are seeing an icon of sorts like Internet Explorer, you might want to try the troubleshooting.
If that does not work, make sure you completely shutdown your windows device via shutdown and start from fresh boot. Sometimes, I lose the views and have to do this.
