If you enjoy programming, or want to learn the concepts of feeling like a hacker from a movie, this is a great game to play. While I'm unsure if the writing style matches a specific coding language, the ideas conveyed easily transfer to any language you might want to learn.
This is a fantastic game, it prompted me to learn a good bit about programming and a LARGE amount of RegEx which I had no idea was so versatile and useful, this game mixes the feeling of playing an old school MUD with modern multiplayer technologies. Nothing quite beats the feeling when you successfully write a code that actually works in the game! I highly recommend this game for fans of MUD's, even if you do not know how to program, you can learn and there are plenty of helpful tutorials around the web!
This game is def not for everyone. The puzzles locks so far have been fun to solve, and the writing and story of the universe this game takes place in is AMAZING and has kept me coming back.
